Volumetric flasks are available in two different accuracy classes: Class A and Class B. The two classes differ in the accuracy of measurement with Class A being the highest accuracy, and Class B is approximately half that of Class A. The base of each volumetric flask is laser etched with a unique batch number and date of manufacture that can be used to download a batch certificate.
- Complies with ISO 1042 and DIN 12664
- Manufactured from borosilicate glass 3.3
- Calibrated to the tolerance required by the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) which is tighter than those of ISO/DIN standards
- Each flask is laser etched with an individual serial number batch code and date of manufacture
- Certificate available to download online by entering the unique batch code, which can be found on the base of each flask
- With polyethylene stopper
- Inscriptions in white enamel
- 20mL and 5000mL sizes are supplementary to DIN range
